Devign teams up with West Yorkshire Hardship Project
The West Yorkshire Hardship Project, formerly known as “Batley Homeless Project” recently required a complete rebrand and website design following the charity name change in August 2020. Devign we’re approached by Derek, trustee and chairperson of the West Yorkshire Hardship Project to work alongside the charity to create a brand that would signal hope for those in need.
The vision
The charity decided to change their name in August this year to increase their reach to people who need their help. The vision was to create a brand that would reflect on the charity ethos, ensuring people understood the support provided through a “single glance identity”.
The vision didn’t stop at branding, with a completely new logo design, brand assets and social identity we carried out a complete redesign of the existing website, providing a completely new visual identity for the charity online.
We designed and developed a functional yet intuitive website providing quick and easy access to support, help and advice for those in need. The website also acts as a public repository for charity resources, compiling volunteer guides and policies all available to use and gain access to at any time.
Adam, Co-Founder and Designer commented “We’re so proud to have worked with the West Yorkshire Hardship Project over the last couple of months. It’s amazing to see the impact made from all the hard work from everyone involved in the project.”
The charity can be contacted directly via the website and for anyone requiring emergency support in please make an emergency support request with the charity today.
